Earn Your Eyes- The Cool Concept for Youth Shooting Teams!
How it works. Your team purchases as many of our five or seven-lens eyewear sets as you need. Each five-lens set comes with seven, $10 raffle tickets and each seven-lens set comes with nine, $10 raffle tickets. The grand prize for each raffle is a $500 Amazon gift card.
While the retail price of the five-lens set is $79.95, the youth team price is only $60. A shooter can sell the included raffle tickets and earn enough money to pay for their eyewear set. The retail price of the seven-lens set is $104.95, the youth team price is only $80. Of course, the parents have the option to pay for the eyewear set and keep any unsold raffle tickets as their own entries. It’s their choice.
Each raffle ticket has a perforated stub on which the purchaser writes their name and telephone number. Within whatever sales time frame set by the club, the shooters turn in the money and the ticket stubs. The club’s raffle manager can either mail the stubs or create a list of the names and telephone numbers and email them to us.
We conduct a drawing every time we reach 300 sets sold or on the last day of each quarter which gives the ticket seller a firm drawing date to tell a purchaser. However, ticket stubs or an entry list must be returned by the 25th day of the last month of each quarter to participate in that drawing. If less than 300 tickets or a multiple thereof were sold in that quarter, then the drawing will be delayed one month but not more than one month regardless of number of tickets sold.
To participate in the SightTrax Sports Vision, Earn Your Eyes raffle program, just fill-in the participation registration form found here. We will send you an acceptance email with full information. Once your team is registered, all is needed is to check the box on the order form requesting raffle tickets to be included with your eyewear sets. The appropriate number of tickets will be included with each eyewear set.
